Our investment was designed to support a highly proficient management team in deploying a project to increase production capacity, enhance its sales and marketing strategy and consolidate its market position in North America.

Our contribution

  • Facilitating a major prospecting drive at Bombardier via the Sagard network.
  • Assisting in the completion of acquisitions in the United States.
  • Supporting major production capacity expansion projects in France.
  • Supporting a robust multi-yearR&D commitment at the beginning of a difficult economic and aerospace business cycle.

Successful outcomes

  • Souriau firmly cemented its position as a leading supplier to large accounts (particularly Airbus, which gave several Supplier Awards)
  • Capacity extension project successfully brought on stream in France.
  • Assembly plant built in India, helping to improve Souriau’s competitiveness and quality performance.
